UPARTMENT belongs to my Salzburg Universität semester, when my group and I were asked to work on a personal project to create a successful communication strategy starting from the Business Model Canvas.
UPARTMENT is a project built on the idea of sustainable and ethical housing,
a real estate brand focused on the promotion of environmentally friendly
and cutting-edge houses and apartments.

For this project we aimed at emphasising the idea of supporting clients making ethical and sustainable choices with the lowest possible impact on the environment.
Choose the environment without sacrificing quality and innovation.
TARGET/ CUSTOMERS & BENEFICIARIES
Young, middle class adults (18-30), looking for a house that guarantees sustainability and return of investment through high independence standards and that’s sufficient on its own.
Educated people in terms of climate change and aware of its consequences on the environment and on Earth’s, that are interested in sustainability and willing to work to change the actual course of things future.
